Gift Voucher must be presented at time of treatment.
Gift Vouchers must be redeemed by the due date, unless otherwise arranged prior to expiry date.
Gift Vouchers have a 1 year expiry from the date of purchase for a full price treatment.
Gift Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash.
The Voucher will be deemed void if notice of cancellation for a treatment is not received within 24 hours.
